It was an interesting reading article. Home mortgage is definitely a blessing for all of us who wants to buy a home of our dreams. Here I would like to also mention home mortgage refinance loan, which is specifically for individuals who are interested in mortgage refinancing. Rate of interest is the most important factor in home mortgage refinancing. Survey the market well before deciding on which mortgage you would want to go for, repayment options & interest rates.

Sound a bit tough at first but once you enter the loan market you will realize that there is a big competition but with a bit of good luck you can get a loan with low interest rate. Take quotes from at least five or six lenders and read the details of contract paper of the loan carefully before signing it.
Excellent post. I really like how you frame the options -- what's best is different for each individual and depends on your willingness to accept risk. Also the difference between appreciable and depreciable assets at the beginning. I had read an article earlier this week on the advantages of renting everything that made me pull my hair out. People need to understand that when you rent a house, you will never own it!
